What is our platform?

We are a kids online platform. We like to think of ourselves as more than just a store. As what you can see today is the beginning of a long journey. Where simple, design driven and environmental friendly products will meet world exploration and entrepreneurship.

We like to believe we smart world in one place, we are at platform for kids independent brands. In other words, our goal is to assist you and your family from the beginning of the journey: from your home to the world. 

Looking for room decoration? Search no longer. Looking for environmental friendly toys and other educational products? Search no longer. Looking for mother and baby must haves? Search no longer. Thinking about going outdoors or traveling with your kids? You know answer.

What does your platform offer?

In our store you can find today five collections: room decorations, toys and other educational products,  party productsouterwear and traveling items. The majority of our partners are producers which share the same beliefs. We took time and care in selecting each of them. As we believe every detail matters.

1. How can I order?

The first to take is to click on the SHOP HERE button. Once you have done that, you can choose from 5 collections:

Room decorations

Toys and other educational products

Party products 

Outerwear

Traveling with kids

Mother and Baby products

In each collection we will see the available products. If you place your mouse over one product, the name of the product and its price will appear.

At the top of the page, you can find several filters. These are created for an easier shopping experience. You can filter by:

A. Brand B. Product Type (cushion, poster, toy, party cupcakes, back pack etc.) C. Sort by : price, alphabetic order, best selling, featured products

Above the SHOP HERE button there several handy buttons:

Each of the buttons helps you find products or information easier.

2. How can I pay? Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept most payment methods: credits cards, iDEAL, PayPal and iPay. These methods will be visible to you once you have chosen your product/added products into your basket and clicked CHECK OUT.  A form will be appear where you can fill in your information and chose your preferred payment method.

3. For which age group are your products recommended?

We offer a wide range of products for babies, toddles and older children. Our age ranges are: new born, 1-3, 4-6, 6-8. New born products can be found here. We constantly growing our collections and so more products will be soon available.

How is your store different from other kids stores?

We launched our store with this challenge: caring for the environment and our kids. The majority of our products are selected from producers who use environmentally friendly and/or recycled components to create their products. Of course, we are not perfect. As a small business, we have much more to do. You can find more about our brands by visiting Our Partners page. For our packaging and marketing materials we are using recycled paper. Our shipping boxes are from recycled cardboard as well. A smart experience can be offered in the same conditions.

1. How and when can I reach you?

We do everything in our power to ensure our SMART world guides as much as possible during your journey from your home to the world.

If you are not completely satisfied with one of our products, we would like to know this as soon as possible so we can respond appropriately. If you have a complaint please inform us using one of the options below.

  • Email our customer service and we will reply within 2 working days.
  • Use around social media pages for a more rapid response: Facebook and Instagram

We recommend that you first contact us by emailing support@komodonokuni.com. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation through the WebwinkelKeur. As of February 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to report complaints through the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet pending elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
